This site describes a product that is in active development. The information here is provided in good faith and kept current, but it is not a contract, a warranty, or professional advice.
No offer, no guarantee
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Pricing shown on the pricing page applies only after early access ends: it is expressly marked as not yet in effect, and may change before it does. Feature descriptions reflect the product at the time of writing; the features page states plainly what is not built.
Not legal or compliance advice
GovSport is a tool that helps a club organise its records and obligations. It does not constitute legal, safeguarding, work health and safety, or privacy advice, and it does not discharge your club's legal obligations. Your club remains responsible for meeting its own obligations, including any reporting duty under child protection law. If in doubt, get advice from a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
Please don't attempt to disrupt this site, probe it for vulnerabilities without contacting me first, submit other people's personal information through the contact form, or use the contact form to send bulk or automated messages. Genuine security research is welcome — write to security@govsport.com.au before testing anything, and I will work with you.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this site are owned by GovSport (ABN 76 532 407 200). You may quote or link to it with attribution; please don't republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

Where this site links to another organisation, that link is for convenience. I am not responsible for the content or practices of other sites.
Availability
This is a small operation. The site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, and no uptime commitment is made for the marketing site. Availability commitments for the platform, if any, are set out in your club's agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and other than rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, I am not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published on this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
